Personal Nail Care Regimen
Avoid long periods in water, use gloves when working with chemicals, cleaning products and doing household chores. Don't pick or peel nails or polish as it can damage your natural nail. Don't try to remove nails yourself. Use a cuticle oil daily and moisturizer. Nails are not tools. Don't bite your nails, biting can crack the nails damaging the natural nail. Continue to follow a nail maintenance plan for your personal growth patterns.
